GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICES

※ Commissioned works are FOR PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY.
※ Provide references, descriptions, details and color palette especially for original character commissions.
※ The artist has the right to refuse/decline a commission.
※ Commission requests will be made thru Ko-fi and paid on the same platform using PayPal.
※ For local clients, requests can be made via e-mail and/or social media message and will be paid using Paymaya/GCash.

PAYMENT & PROCESS

※ Payment upfront. Refunds can only be made during sketch/before lineart, which will be 50% of the price.
※ In rare cases the artist failed to start sketching the commission after a long time, full refund will be given to the client.
※ Client will shoulder the transfer/PayPal fee for refund and take into consideration the 5% service charge if request is made via Ko-fi.

1. SKETCH. After the artist confirmed the payment, rough sketch will be sent to the client for preview and minor revisions.
2. LINEART. Low-res preview of lineart will be sent to client for any final revision.
3. COLOR SHADING | FINAL. Artist will send a colored copy with watermark to the client for final checking.

※ The final jpeg. or .png file without watermark will be uploaded to Google Drive and the artist will provide a download link.

※ Up to 3 MINOR revisions ONLY.

※ Each commission may take 3-7 days, depending on the complexity of the commission and the current number of clients. The artist will inform the client in case of emergency and she cannot meet the deadline.

Usage, Terms & Copyright

※ The Artist retains all rights to the artworks and may use the commissioned artworks for her portfolio and websites. If the Client does not want to share their commissioned piece, they have the right to tell the Artist to do so.

※ The Client retains all rights to their original characters and is allowed to use the commissioned piece for non-commercial purposes only with proper credit to the Artist.

※ Any character depicted in a fanart commissioned piece belongs to their respective owners.
